Classic PAF sound

If you are looking for that vintage warm sound without breaking the bank, look no further. They respond beautifully to volume knob adjustments and clean up nicely when rolled back.

Perfect upgrade for my budget LP

These pickups transformed my entry-level guitar. The bridge pickup has great bite for rock rhythms, and the neck is smooth and creamy for leads. Installation was straightforward with the 4-conductor wiring.

Good value set

Solid performance for the price. The bridge is a bit hotter than expected which I like for distortion, but the neck could be slightly warmer. Still, a massive improvement over stock ceramics.

Excellent build quality

The nickel covers are well-fitted with no sharp edges. The soldering points on the base were clean. Sound-wise, they punch way above their price point. Highly recommended for modders.

Great tone, slight hum

The tone is fantastic, very balanced across the frequency spectrum. I noticed a tiny bit of 60-cycle hum when standing near my amp, but it disappears when I engage the middle position. Overall very happy.

Q: Is the neck pickup polarity reversed relative to the bridge?

A: Yes, the neck and bridge pickups are reverse wound/reverse polarity (RWRP) relative to each other to ensure hum-cancellation when both are selected in the middle switch position.

Q: What is the return policy if the tone isn't what I expected?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Once installed, pickups cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations regarding soldering.

Q: Does this come with a wiring diagram for coil splitting?

A: Yes, the package includes a basic wiring diagram that shows how to utilize the 4-conductor cable for series, parallel, and coil-split configurations.

Q: Will these fit a standard Les Paul copy with metric mounting screws?

A: Yes, this set is designed to fit standard Les Paul style routing. However, please check your specific guitar's screw spacing as some imports may vary slightly from US standards.

Q: Are the covers removable if I want to expose the bobbins?

A: The covers are soldered on at the factory. While they can be removed with care using a soldering iron, we recommend leaving them on to maintain the intended tonal characteristics and warranty.
