Solid construction
I've installed dozens of these for customers. The soldering lugs hold heat well and don't melt easily. Great contact quality for the price point.

Perfect drop-in replacement
Swapped out my crackly old switch on my Strat copy. This fit perfectly without any modification to the cavity. The action is smooth and the clicks are distinct.

Good value for the price
Works well for a budget upgrade. The spring tension is slightly stiffer than an original Fender part, but it feels durable. No noise issues so far.

Fixed my Telecaster buzz
My 3-position switch was cutting out constantly. Replaced it with this one and the problem is gone. Clean signal in all positions.

Decent but not premium
It works fine, but the plastic tip feels a bit lighter than the original. For a practice guitar, it's totally sufficient though.

Smooth operation
Very happy with this purchase. The switching action is crisp and positive. Arrived quickly and was easy to install in under 15 minutes.
Q: Does this come with the wiring pre-soldered?
A: No, this is a raw switch component. You will need to solder your own pickup wires to the lugs during installation.
Q: Can I use the 5-position switch on a Telecaster?
A: While physically possible to mount, a Telecaster typically requires a 3-position switch. Using a 5-way on a Tele would require rewiring to utilize the extra positions or leaving them unused.
Q: What is the warranty period for this item?
A: This product comes with a standard 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: Is the tip removable if I want to swap it for a different color?
A: Yes, the white tip screws onto the threaded shaft and can be unscrewed to replace with a compatible aftermarket tip.
Q: Will the 5-position switch fit a standard Stratocaster pickguard?
A: Yes, it is designed to fit standard Stratocaster routing and pickguard holes without modification.
