Good but needs frequent reapplication
It works well for cleaning, but I find I need to apply it every week to keep the rust away completely. Maybe I just sweat a lot on stage.

Perfect gift for guitarists

Great value for the price
Does exactly what it says. My fretboard looks cleaner and the strings feel smoother. Only giving 4 stars because the bottle is a bit small, but it lasts a while.

Keeps my bass strings sounding new

Smells nice and works well
Unlike some chemical cleaners, this has a pleasant citrus scent. It cleans off grime without damaging the finish on my electric guitar. Highly recommend.
Q: Does this remove existing rust or just prevent it?
A: It helps remove light surface oxidation and prevents future rust. For heavy rust, you may need to replace the strings first.
Q: What is the shelf life of the product?
A: If stored in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly sealed, the product remains effective for up to 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Q: Can this be used on acoustic guitar strings?
A: While primarily designed for electric guitars and basses, it can be used on steel-string acoustics. We do not recommend it for classical nylon strings.
Q: How often should I apply this liquid?
A: For best results, we recommend applying the care liquid after every few playing sessions or whenever you notice buildup on your strings.
Q: Is this safe for rosewood fretboards?
A: Yes, our formula is safe for unfinished wood fretboards like rosewood and ebony, as well as maple finishes.
