Solid value for money
For the price, you get a lot of features. The microphone latency is low which is crucial for karaoke. Would give 5 stars if the search function was slightly faster.

Great software, minor setup hiccup
The software itself is fantastic with great audio quality. I had a small issue connecting it to my older Android tablet initially, but customer support helped me resolve it quickly. Now it runs smooth.

Better than going out
Why pay for expensive KTV boxes when this works on your existing computer? The vocal removal feature is decent, and the library updates frequently with new hits.

Party saver!
Used this for a birthday party last weekend. The queue system made it so easy to manage who was singing next. Everyone loved the professional look of the interface on the big screen.

Good but requires decent hardware
The software is good, but if you have an old laptop like mine, it lags a bit during high-definition video playback. Works perfectly on my newer desktop though.

Perfect for Family Nights
We installed this on our living room TV and it works flawlessly. The song selection is huge and the interface is very easy for my kids to navigate. Highly recommended for family gatherings.
Q: Can I use two microphones at the same time?
A: Yes, the software supports dual microphone input for duets. You will need a mixer or a sound card that accepts two microphone inputs connected to your TV or Computer.
Q: How do I update the song list?
A: Updates are automatic when the device is connected to the internet. You can also manually check for updates in the 'Settings' menu under 'Library Management'.
Q: Do I need to buy songs separately or is there a subscription?
A: The software comes with a lifetime license that includes access to our base cloud library with thousands of songs. There are no mandatory subscriptions, though we offer optional premium packs for specific genres.
Q: Is an internet connection required to sing?
A: An internet connection is required to browse the library and download songs. Once songs are cached or downloaded to your local device, you can sing offline without an active connection.
Q: Does this software work on iOS devices like iPads?
A: Currently, Kmai Karaoke Software is optimized for Android tablets and phones, as well as PCs and Smart TVs. We do not yet have a native iOS version, but you can use AirPlay to mirror an Android device or PC to an Apple TV.
