Great hardware, app needs updates
The pen itself feels premium and records audio clearly even in noisy rooms. The AI processing is fast. However, the mobile app could use a few more export options. Still a solid purchase.

It looks just like a high-end ballpoint pen, so no one knows I'm recording unless I tell them. The differentiation between speakers in the transcript is surprisingly accurate.
Q: Can I export the transcripts to Word or PDF formats?
A: Yes, the companion app allows you to export your transcribed notes and summaries directly to DOCX, PDF, and TXT formats, which can then be shared via email or cloud storage.
Q: Does this pen work offline without an internet connection?
A: The pen can record audio offline indefinitely. However, the AI transcription and summary features require an internet connection to process the data via the cloud.
Q: Is there a monthly subscription fee for the AI services?
A: No, the core AI transcription and summary features are included free with the purchase of the device. There are currently no mandatory monthly subscription fees.
Q: What happens if the memory gets full?
A: The device will stop recording when the 32GB storage is full. You will receive a notification in the app to delete old files or export them to free up space before recording again.
