Great beginner instrument
I bought this to learn a traditional Chinese instrument. The tone is bright and clear. The only reason for 4 stars is that the strings needed a bit of stretching before staying in tune, but that is normal for new instruments.

Beautiful sound and look
The rosewood grain is stunning. It sounds authentic and projects well in a small room. The included hard case is a nice touch and protects the instrument well during travel.

Excellent craftsmanship
