Beautiful art, careful handling needed
Absolutely gorgeous piece that looks great in our entryway. Just be careful when unrolling it for the first time as the paper is delicate.
Q: How is this packaged for shipping to prevent damage?
A: Each scroll is carefully rolled around a protective tube, wrapped in bubble wrap, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard cylinder to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Q: Can this be hung in a bathroom with high humidity?
A: We do not recommend hanging this paper scroll in areas with high humidity like bathrooms, as moisture can damage the Xuan paper and cause the ink to run or the paper to warp.
Q: Is the calligraphy text legible or purely decorative?
A: The calligraphy features traditional characters associated with Confucian teachings. While artistic, the characters are authentic and legible to those who read Classical Chinese.
Q: What are the exact dimensions including the mounting silk?
