Good but takes time to warm up
The build quality is excellent and it looks beautiful on the bed. However, it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach the desired temperature on the highest setting. Once hot, it stays hot, so just plan ahead.

Best purchase for the season
Absolutely love the Korean design aesthetic. The jade stays cool to the touch until the heater is on, then it radiates a wonderful warmth. The automatic shut-off gives me peace of mind when I fall asleep.

Back pain relief
I bought this primarily for the therapeutic heat claims. While I can't speak to medical cures, the gentle warmth definitely soothes my lower back stiffness in the morning. The tourmaline stones add a nice texture without being uncomfortable.

Great quality, slight learning curve
The mattress pad is heavy and feels very durable. The remote controls have many options which took a day to figure out, but once set, it maintains temperature perfectly. The far infrared heat feels deeper than standard electric blankets.
