Solid construction
The velcro is very strong and hasn't lost its grip after months of daily use. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the beige color shows dirt easily, but the cover is washable.

Perfect for long flights!
I bought this for a 14-hour flight to Tokyo and it was a lifesaver. The memory foam is supportive but not too hard, and I actually slept without my head bobbing forward. Highly recommend for frequent travelers.

Helped my office posture

Good product, but takes getting used to
It feels a bit bulky at first, and I couldn't wear it for more than 30 minutes initially. After a week of gradual use, it's much better. Just don't expect instant comfort on day one.

Great support, runs slightly small
The build quality is excellent and the breathable mesh keeps my neck cool. I have a larger neck circumference, so I had to use the widest setting, which works fine but feels a bit tight after a few hours.
