Good value for money
For the price, this is a fantastic toy. It looks cute and functions well. The assembly was straightforward, though I had to help my younger child put the rods in.

Highly recommend for beginners
If you are looking for a first kite for your child, this is it. The handheld rod gives them a sense of control that traditional string spools don't offer. Very happy with this purchase.

Excellent outdoor activity
Bought this for a family picnic. Both my boys and girls enjoyed taking turns flying it. The carry bag is a nice touch for keeping everything organized in the car.

Easiest kite we've ever flown
We have tried many kites that require strong winds, but this one lifts off instantly even on calm days. The reel mechanism is smooth and fun for kids to operate.

Perfect for my 4-year-old!
My son absolutely loves this kite. The fishing rod handle makes it so easy for him to hold and control without getting tangled. It flew beautifully in a very light breeze at the park.

Great design, sturdy build
The cartoon design is vibrant and caught my daughter's eye immediately. The fiberglass rods seem durable enough to withstand a few crashes. Only wish the string was slightly longer.

A: This kite is designed specifically for light breezes and can typically launch in wind speeds as low as 5 mph.
Q: Can the string be replaced if it breaks?
A: Yes, the string is attached to a standard spool inside the reel. You can easily open the reel and replace the string with any standard kite line of similar thickness.
Q: Does this kite come pre-assembled?
A: The kite comes mostly assembled. You will need to insert the two fiberglass rods into the sleeves and attach the string to the reel, which takes about 5 minutes.
Q: Is the fishing rod handle made of plastic or metal?
A: The handheld rod and reel mechanism are made from high-quality, durable plastic that is lightweight and safe for children.
Q: Are there different cartoon characters available?
