Best kitchen purchase this year

Great tool, slightly heavy for small hands

These scissors work incredibly well for cutting fish and duck bones as advertised. My only minor complaint is that they are a bit heavier than my previous pair, which takes some getting used to if you have smaller hands. However, the cutting power makes up for it completely.

Finally, scissors that actually cut through bones!

Worth every penny

The build quality is exceptional. You can tell immediately that this is genuine 304 stainless steel. They feel balanced in the hand and don't slip even when your hands are a bit greasy from cooking. Cleaning them is also very easy; everything rinses right off.

Sharp and durable

Received these last month and have used them almost daily. They remain incredibly sharp. I particularly like how easy they are to take apart for deep cleaning. No rust spots appearing yet despite frequent washing. Excellent product.
