Perfect for holiday cooking

Very sharp out of the box

These arrived incredibly sharp. I managed to cut through packaging, cardboard, and then immediately prepped a goose without any loss in performance. Just be careful when handling them initially. Deducting one star because the handle could be slightly more padded.

Cuts through chicken bones like butter!

Sturdy and reliable

Great quality, slightly heavy

The build quality is exceptional and the steel feels premium. They are a bit heavier than my old scissors, which takes some getting used to, but that weight definitely helps when cutting through tougher items like duck joints.
