Great for BBQ prep

Solid build quality. I use these mostly for trimming brisket and cutting ribs. They feel heavy-duty and durable. Only giving 4 stars because they are a bit stiff to open and close initially, but I expect they will loosen up with use.

Best kitchen tool purchase this year

Very sharp, handle with care
