Perfect gift for collectors
Purchased this for my father who loves wooden artifacts. He was thrilled with the quality. The 'money in hand' symbolism is a nice touch, and the velvet pouch makes it ready for gifting.

Exquisite craftsmanship and beautiful grain
The detail on this crab claw carving is incredible. The red sandalwood has a deep, rich color that gets better every day. It feels substantial in the hand and the polish is flawless.

Heavier than expected, very high quality
The density of the wood is impressive. You can tell this is genuine small-leaf red sandalwood. The carving of the crab claws is very lifelike and intricate. Highly recommend.

Beautiful piece, slight scent variation
I bought this as a desk ornament for good luck. It is stunningly carved. The wood scent was stronger than I expected initially but has mellowed nicely after a week of airing out.

Good item but smaller than perceived
The quality is undeniable, but looking at the photos, I imagined it would be slightly larger. Check the dimensions carefully before buying. Still a nice addition to my shelf though.
Q: Is the carving done by machine or by hand?
A: Each piece is hand-carved by skilled artisans. While some initial shaping may utilize tools for precision, the intricate details of the crab claws and texture are finished manually, making each piece unique.
Q: Does this come with a stand or chain for hanging?
A: This specific large hand piece is designed primarily as a display ornament or hand-held item and does not include a stand or hanging chain. It comes with a protective velvet pouch.
Q: Is this made from genuine red sandalwood or is it stained?
A: This is crafted from 100% genuine small-leaf red sandalwood. The deep red color is natural to the wood species and not achieved through staining or dyeing.
Q: Will the color fade over time?
A: Like all natural woods, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the color to lighten or change tone over many years. We recommend displaying it away from direct UV light to maintain its rich crimson hue.
Q: How should I clean the wood if it gets dusty?
A: Simply use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust. Avoid using water, chemical cleaners, or alcohol, as these can damage the natural oils and finish of the sandalwood.
