Nice novelty gift
Bought this as a stocking stuffer for my grandfather who loves old coins. He appreciated the craftsmanship and the velvet pouch was a nice touch.

Excellent costume accessory
Used this for a 1930s gangster cosplay. It completed the look perfectly. The coin doesn't tarnish easily even after being handled all night at a convention.

Perfect for our period film set
The detailing on this replica is incredible. It looks authentic on camera under high-definition lighting. The weight feels substantial in the hand, which helps actors perform realistically.

Good but not perfect
The finish is a bit too dark in some areas compared to actual circulated coins from that era. Still, for the price, it is a decent prop for general use.

Great for history lessons
I use these in my classroom to show students what currency looked like during the Great Depression. They are durable enough to be passed around a class of thirty students.

Great display piece
I bought this to fill a gap in my display case. While obviously not real silver, the aging effect is very well done. It adds a nice vintage touch to my shelf.
Q: Is the reeding on the edge detailed or smooth?
A: The edge features detailed reeding that mimics the texture of genuine US silver dollars from that era, providing an authentic feel.
Q: Does the coin come with a protective case?
A: Yes, each replica comes individually packaged in a soft black velvet pouch to prevent scratching and enhance presentation.
Q: Can I customize the date on the coin?
A: Unfortunately, we only stock the standard 1936 commemorative design at this time. Custom dates are not available for this specific item.
Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: Is this coin made of real silver?
A: No, this is a replica prop made from zinc alloy with an antique silver finish. It contains no precious metals and has no monetary value.
