Perfect for our 1930s period film
The aging on these coins looks incredibly realistic on camera. The weight feels substantial in the hand, which helps our actors handle them naturally. Great attention to detail on the relief.

Excellent costume accessory
Used these for a gangster-era cosplay event. They held up well throughout the night and didn't tarnish my hands. The reeded edges are a nice touch that adds authenticity to the prop.

Great display piece, clearly a replica
Bought this for my desk display alongside my real collection. It's a beautiful craft piece, though obviously not genuine silver. The copper tone gives it a unique vintage look that I actually prefer for casual showing.

Fun gift for my grandson
My grandson is obsessed with old movies and pirates. This coin was a hit. It looks old and weathered just like treasure from a chest. Very happy with the craftsmanship for the price.

Safe for classroom history lessons
I use these in my history class to show students what currency looked like in the 1930s without risking damage to real collectibles. Students love handling them, and they are durable enough for daily use.

Good weight for coin tricks
As a magician, I need props that feel real but won't break the bank if dropped. These have the right heft for sleight of hand routines. The only minor issue is the patina can wear off slightly with heavy friction.
Q: Can I use this for magic tricks involving biting the coin?
A: We do not recommend biting the coin. While the alloy is durable, it is harder than pure gold or lead used in some historical contexts, and biting could damage your teeth or the coin's finish.
Q: Are the details on both sides identical to the 1934 Peace Dollar?
A: Yes, the design mimics the obverse and reverse of the 1934 Peace Dollar closely for visual accuracy in props and costumes, though slight variations may exist as it is a handcrafted reproduction rather than a minted government coin.
Q: How resistant is the aging effect to sweat or water?
A: The antique finish is generally stable, but prolonged exposure to moisture, sweat, or harsh chemicals may cause the patina to fade or the underlying metal to tarnish over time. We recommend wiping it dry after handling.
Q: Does the package include a certificate of authenticity?
A: Since this is a replica prop and not a genuine antique or precious metal coin, it does not come with a certificate of authenticity. It is sold strictly as a decorative craft item.
Q: Is this coin made of real silver?
A: No, this is a novelty replica made from zinc alloy with a copper plating and artificial aging finish. It contains no precious metals and has no monetary value.
