Exceeded expectations
I have bought several walnut bracelets before, but this 'Zero to Nut Carving' edition is superior. The symmetry is remarkable for a natural product. It came in a lovely box, making it perfect for gifting or adding to my own collection.

A true collector's item
This isn't just a bracelet; it's a conversation starter. The carving depth is impressive, especially around the eyes and mouth of the monkey heads. The elastic cord is strong and well-knotted. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Perfect for meditation
The texture is smooth yet provides enough grip for counting during meditation. The 'old material' designation seems accurate as the color is deep and rich right out of the box. Highly recommend for collectors.

Beautiful but sizing varies
The craftsmanship is undeniable; each bead looks like a tiny work of art. Just be aware that since they are natural nuts, the sizes vary slightly more than synthetic beads. Still, it adds to the authentic charm. Great EDC piece.

Great quality, needs breaking in
The beads are high quality and the carving is precise. Initially, the surface felt a bit dry, but after applying a tiny bit of natural oil and wearing it for a few days, it has smoothed out beautifully. Patience pays off with these.

Incredible detail on the carving
I was skeptical about the 'Graduation Grade' claim, but the facial features on these monkey head walnuts are exceptionally sharp. The old material feels dense and heavy in the hand. It's already starting to develop a nice sheen after a week of wear.
Q: Are all the monkey faces identical on the bracelet?
A: While the style is consistent, each bead is hand-carved from a unique natural walnut. Therefore, there will be slight variations in expression and size, which is a hallmark of authentic handcrafted nut carving.
Q: Does the 'Old Material' mean the wood is aged before carving?
A: Yes, 'Old Material' refers to walnut nuts that have been naturally dried and aged for several years before being carved. This ensures stability, reduces the chance of cracking, and provides a richer initial color.
Q: Is the elastic cord replaceable if it stretches out?
A: Absolutely. The bracelet uses standard high-quality elastic cord. If it ever wears out after extended use, any local jeweler or bead shop can easily restring it for you, or you can do it yourself with basic tools.
Q: How do I maintain the shine on the monkey head carvings?
A: For best results, wear the bracelet regularly as natural oils from your skin help polish the beads. You can also gently brush them with a soft boar bristle brush. Avoid exposing them to excessive water or harsh chemicals.
Q: What does 'Graduation Collector Grade' signify?
A: This grade indicates that the piece meets the highest standards of our artisans, featuring deep, clear detailing, symmetrical shaping, and premium old material. It is intended for serious enthusiasts rather than casual buyers.
