Great for High Temp
Works perfectly with my ABS prints. The heating speed is noticeable compared to my old 12V setup. Very satisfied with the build quality.

Good Value
Solid heater for the price. The wires are a bit stiff which made routing slightly difficult, but performance is excellent.
Q: Can I bend the lead wires?
A: Yes, but please avoid sharp kinks near the base of the heater to prevent internal wire damage.
Q: Will this work with a 12V power supply?
A: No, this heater is designed specifically for 220V AC systems. Using it with 12V will not generate sufficient heat.
Q: What is the tolerance on the diameter?
A: The rod follows standard h6 tolerance, ensuring a snug fit in most 6mm heater blocks.
Q: Is there a warranty included?
A: Yes, this product comes with a 30-day return policy and a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
Q: Is the metal sheath grounded?
A: Yes, the stainless steel sheath is grounded. Please ensure your printer chassis is properly grounded for safety.
