Excellent durability for high pressure
We installed these nozzles on our trimming line last month. The ruby tip holds up significantly better than standard steel under continuous high pressure. No signs of wear yet.

Precise linear stream

Good quality but tight threads
The nozzle itself performs well and the material feels premium. The threads were slightly tight during initial installation, required careful torqueing. Otherwise satisfied.
Q: Can this handle pressures above 250 Bar?
A: No, the maximum rated pressure is 250 Bar. Exceeding this limit may damage the nozzle and void the warranty.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with water-based solutions?
A: Yes, the 316 Stainless Steel and Ruby materials are fully compatible with water-based fluids and most industrial solvents.
Q: Are replacement filters sold separately?
A: Yes, replacement filter elements are available under part number FL-50-SS. Please check our accessories section.
Q: What is the recommended cleaning method for the filter?
A: We recommend ultrasonic cleaning with a mild solvent. Avoid using metal brushes on the ruby tip to prevent scratching.
