Good quality but heavy
The ceramic nozzles are very robust and provide excellent spray distribution. The only downside is the weight, which made installation slightly more difficult than expected.

Excellent durability in harsh conditions
We installed the Silicon Carbide nozzles in our scrubber system six months ago. They have shown no signs of wear despite constant exposure to acidic solutions. Highly recommended for industrial use.

Resistant to corrosion

A: The PP nozzles are rated up to 80°C. For higher temperatures, please consider our Stainless Steel or Silicon Carbide options.
Q: Can these nozzles be customized for specific flow rates?
A: Customization is available for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team with your specific flow rate requirements for a quote.
Q: Which material is best for hydrofluoric acid applications?
A: For hydrofluoric acid, we recommend the PP (Polypropylene) material option as Silicon Carbide and Ceramic may not be suitable for this specific chemical.
Q: How often should these nozzles be replaced?
A: Replacement frequency depends on operating conditions and fluid abrasiveness. Typically, our Silicon Carbide nozzles last 2-3 times longer than standard metal nozzles.
