Solid Performance
Noticeable difference in layer adhesion compared to brass. Slightly higher cost but worth it for specific filaments.

Good but wears faster
Great heat transfer but don't use carbon fiber with this. Copper is softer than hardened steel, but perfect for standard materials.

Excellent Flow Rate
The copper material really improves melt consistency for PLA. I noticed smoother extrusion immediately after swapping from my old brass nozzle.

Q: Is this compatible with standard V6?
A: This is specifically for Volcano style V6 hotends. Standard V6 nozzles have different lengths.
Q: Does it include a thermal gasket?
A: No, this listing is for the nozzle only. Please reuse your existing gasket or purchase one separately.
Q: What is the thread pitch?
A: The thread pitch is standard M6 x 1mm, compatible with most E3D style hotends.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments?
A: We recommend hardened steel for abrasive materials. Copper is not suitable for carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments.
