Good but tight fit
The performance is great for cooling, but the thread connection was a bit tight initially. Needed some extra torque to seal properly.

Great for dust control
We bought this primarily for dust control in the hot end area. It exceeds expectations and reduces airborne particles significantly.
Q: Is this compatible with standard hydraulic release systems?
A: Yes, this nozzle is designed to integrate with standard hydraulic release systems using 1/4 inch NPT connections.
Q: What is the maximum pressure limit before damage occurs?
A: The maximum operating pressure is 100 Bar. Exceeding this limit may cause structural damage and is not recommended.
Q: How often should the seals be replaced?
A: We recommend inspecting the seals every 500 operating hours and replacing them if any wear or leakage is detected.
Q: Does this come with a mounting bracket?
A: No, the package includes the nozzle and seal kit only. Mounting brackets must be purchased separately based on your setup.
Q: Are replacement seal kits sold separately?
A: Yes, replacement seal kits are available separately under part number SK-2023-HP.
