Easy upgrade
Took me less than 10 minutes to swap out the old hotend. Print quality remained consistent. Great upgrade if you plan to use glass fiber filaments.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend to print carbon fiber PLA. It works flawlessly without any wear on the nozzle. Installation on my A1 Mini was straightforward.

Good but pricey
The performance is great and I love the durability. Only giving 4 stars because it is a bit expensive compared to third-party options, but you get what you pay for.
Q: Can I still print standard PLA with this nozzle?
A: Absolutely. The hardened steel nozzle works with all standard filaments including PLA, PETG, and ABS.
Q: How often should I replace this nozzle?
A: Hardened steel nozzles last significantly longer than brass. Replace only if you notice extrusion issues or physical damage.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab A1?
A: Yes, this hotend is fully compatible with both the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini printers.
Q: Does this come with the heater and thermistor installed?
A: Yes, this is a complete hotend assembly including the heater cartridge and thermistor pre-installed.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature?
A: The hotend is rated for a maximum continuous operating temperature of 300 degrees Celsius.
