PT1000 Accuracy
The PT1000 sensor provides much more stable temperature readings compared to the thermistor I was using before. Highly recommend.

Incredible Flow Rates
Upgraded from a standard V6 and the difference is night and day. Printing PLA at high speeds is finally stable without underextrusion.

Voron Ready
Fit my Voron 2.4 setup perfectly. The high flow capability allows me to print large parts much faster than before.

Good Upgrade
Works great but you definitely need to run PID tuning after installation. Once tuned, temperature stability is excellent.

Solid Build Quality
The machining quality is obvious as soon as you hold it. Fits perfectly into my hotend mount without any modification needed.
Q: What is the maximum volumetric flow rate?
A: Flow rate depends on the nozzle size and filament, but it is designed to handle up to 60mm³/s with appropriate settings.
Q: Is the wiring the same as a standard V6 hotend?
A: The physical mounting is similar, but the PT1000 sensor wiring differs from a thermistor. Please refer to the included wiring diagram.
Q: What is the length of the heatbreak?
A: It features a standard V6 length heatbreak, ensuring compatibility with most V6 style cooling fans and heatsinks.
Q: Does the package include a nozzle?
A: No, nozzles are sold separately. This hotend uses standard M6 threaded nozzles which are widely available.
Q: Is this hotend compatible with 12V printer systems?
A: This version is optimized for 24V systems. For 12V setups, please check the heater cartridge specifications carefully before purchasing.
