Great quality metal
Feels very sturdy compared to the stock brass one. The copper section conducts heat well to the nozzle. Very happy with this upgrade.

Good fit but tight threads
Works perfectly on my CR-10. The threads were a bit tight initially but loosened up after the first heat cycle. Good product overall.

Essential for PETG
I switched to PETG and needed an all-metal hotend setup. This heatbreak handles the higher temperatures without any deformation.
Q: Can this handle ABS filament temperatures?
A: Yes, the materials used can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, which is sufficient for ABS and PETG printing.
Q: What size wrench is needed for installation?
A: You will typically need a 7mm wrench or deep socket to remove the old heatbreak and install the new one safely.
Q: Is this compatible with the Ender-3 V2?
A: Yes, this heatbreak is fully compatible with the Ender-3 V2 as it uses the standard M6 thread configuration.
Q: Do I need to buy thermal paste separately?
A: We recommend using thermal paste for optimal heat transfer. A small sample is often included, but having your own is advised.
Q: What is the advantage of titanium over brass?
A: Titanium has lower thermal conductivity than brass, which helps prevent heat from creeping up the filament path and causing jams.
