Good quality, tight threads
The material feels durable. The threads were a bit tight at first but loosened up after installation. Works well with PLA filament.

Good value for money
Does the job well. Not much else to say about a heatbreak, but it holds temperature well and doesn't seem to degrade quickly.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this can handle safely?
A: The maximum operating temperature is 250°C. We recommend staying within this limit to preserve the integrity of the PTFE lining.
Q: How often should I replace this part?
A: Replacement frequency depends on usage. If you notice increased clogging or wear on the threads, it is time to replace the heatbreak.
Q: Do I need a specific wrench to install this?
A: A standard small open-ended wrench or a hotend removal tool is recommended to ensure proper torque without damaging the threads.
Q: Is this compatible with the Ender 3 stock hotend?
A: This part is designed specifically for MakerBot MK8 style nozzles. The Ender 3 typically uses a different throat design, so please verify your hotend specifications before purchasing.
Q: Can I use this with ABS filament?
A: Yes, as long as your printing temperature for ABS stays below 250°C, this heatbreak is suitable for use with ABS filament.
