Perfect upgrade for carbon fiber
Switched to this hardened steel nozzle for CF-PLA and it works flawlessly. No wear noticed after printing 500g of abrasive material.
Q: What is the max temperature limit?
A: The hardened steel hotend is rated up to 300°C continuously.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate after installation?
A: Yes, we recommend running the nozzle flow calibration and vibration calibration after swapping.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste?
A: The kit includes the necessary thermal interface material pre-applied or in the package.
Q: Can I use 0.6mm nozzles with this hotend?
A: Yes, the hotend supports interchangeable nozzles including 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm.
