Perfect for abrasive materials
I switched to this hardened steel hotend to print carbon fiber PLA and it works flawlessly. No wear on the nozzle after several spools.

Essential for A1 Mini
If you plan on doing any serious printing on the A1 Mini, get this. The standard brass nozzle wears out too fast with certain filaments.

Works but pricey
It does what it says, but I think the price is a bit steep compared to third-party alternatives. Still, compatibility is guaranteed.

Good upgrade but runs hot
The heat retention is excellent with the silicone sleeve. Installation was straightforward, though I had to tweak my temperature settings slightly.
Q: Can I still print standard PLA with this nozzle?
A: Absolutely. Hardened steel nozzles work with all standard filaments including PLA, PETG, and ABS, not just abrasive materials.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for this hotend?
A: The maximum recommended operating temperature is 300°C. Exceeding this may damage the components.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab A1?
A: Yes, this hotend assembly is fully compatible with both the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini printers.
Q: Do I need special tools to install this?
A: No special tools are required. You can replace the hotend using the standard tools provided with your printer.
Q: Does the package include the silicone socks?
A: Yes, the assembly comes pre-installed with an insulated silicone sleeve for better temperature stability.
