Great quality, tight fit
Performance is excellent and the wear resistance is noticeable. Only giving 4 stars because the thread was slightly tight on my older gun, but it seated properly after a few uses.

Lasts longer than ceramic
Used this for automotive restoration work. The tungsten carbide holds up much better than the ceramic nozzles I used previously. Great investment for frequent users.

Good value for money
Shipping was fast and the product arrived well packaged. The nozzle works as described. Would prefer if it came with a spare gasket but overall satisfied.

Perfect for heavy duty
Running high pressure on steel structures and this nozzle handles it without eroding quickly. The dual-inlet design provides a consistent blast pattern.

Excellent wear resistance
Switched from standard nozzles to this hard alloy version. The lifespan is significantly extended which saves money in the long run despite the higher upfront cost.
Q: What is the expected lifespan compared to ceramic?
A: Tungsten carbide typically lasts 10 to 20 times longer than ceramic nozzles depending on the abrasive media and pressure used.
Q: Does this fit Clemco sandblasting guns?
A: Yes, this nozzle features standard 1-1/16 inch - 18 UNS threading compatible with most Clemco and similar industrial sandblasting guns.
Q: What is the difference between TC and BC versions?
A: Boron Carbide (BC) is harder and more wear-resistant than Tungsten Carbide (TC), but TC is generally more cost-effective for standard applications.
Q: Can this handle pressures above 150 PSI?
A: We recommend operating at or below 150 PSI for optimal safety and longevity. Higher pressures may accelerate wear.
Q: Is the inner diameter customizable?
A: This listing is for the standard 8mm bore. Please contact us directly if you require specific custom sizing for bulk orders.
