Sleek design and very functional
Looks modern and doesn't look like an eyesore when left out as a drying rack. The steps are wide enough to stand on comfortably. It feels very safe even at full extension.

Great dual functionality
Bought this specifically for the drying rack feature during winter months. It dries clothes quickly and the ladder mode is perfect for changing lightbulbs. The non-slip feet work well on my hardwood floors.

Sturdy but slightly heavy
The build quality is excellent. The aluminum feels thick and safe. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit heavier than I expected to carry up and down stairs, but that weight also gives me confidence in its stability.

Perfect space saver for my apartment
I live in a small studio and this ladder is a game changer. It works great as a step ladder to reach high shelves, and when folded out as a drying rack, it holds plenty of laundry without taking up the whole room. Very sturdy construction.

Good product, instructions could be clearer
The product itself is fantastic and very stable. However, the manual for switching between modes was a little confusing at first. Once I figured it out, it's been smooth sailing. Great for indoor use.
