Lightweight but strong
I was worried about carrying it up stairs, but it's surprisingly light. Yet, it doesn't wobble at all even when fully extended. Highly recommend for household chores.

Best ladder I've owned
Replaced my old wooden step ladder with this one. The difference in portability and safety features is night and day. The thickened design really makes a difference in stability.

Great value for the price
Very solid construction. It feels much heavier duty than other plastic ladders I've owned. Only minor issue is the locking mechanism takes a little force to engage at first.

Good quality, fast shipping
Arrived earlier than expected. The aluminum finish looks premium. It's easy to set up and take down. Would have given 5 stars if the carrying handle was slightly more padded.

Perfect for small apartments!
This ladder is incredibly sturdy and folds up so small I can store it behind my door. The non-slip feet give me great confidence when reaching high shelves.

Excellent stability
The wide steps and handrails make this very safe to use. I used it to paint my ceiling and felt completely secure. The telescopic feature works smoothly.

Q: How do I clean the aluminum surface?
A: Simply wipe the ladder down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or steel wool to prevent scratching the protective coating.
Q: Can this be used outdoors on grass?
A: While primarily designed for indoor use, the non-slip rubber feet provide good traction on firm outdoor surfaces. However, we do not recommend using it on soft or uneven ground like loose grass for safety reasons.
