Great value, slightly heavy
The build quality is excellent and it feels very stable. It is a bit heavier than I expected for a 4-step ladder, but that weight gives me confidence in its durability.

Perfect for high kitchen cabinets
This ladder is incredibly sturdy and folds up small enough to fit behind my pantry door. The steps are wide and non-slip, which makes me feel very safe reaching the top shelf.

Sturdy A-frame design

Excellent stability

Good step stool alternative
Works great as a tall step stool when folded partially. The rubber feet grip the floor well on both tile and hardwood. Took off one star because the instruction manual was unclear.

A: While primarily designed for indoor use, it can be used outdoors on firm, level ground. We do not recommend using it on soft grass or uneven terrain for safety reasons.

A: Yes, the GEMJU ladder arrives fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box. No tools are required.
Q: How do I clean the steps if they get dirty?
A: Simply wipe the aluminum frame and textured steps with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.

A: When fully extended, the top step is approximately 46 inches from the ground, allowing you to reach heights up to 10 feet comfortably.
