Perfect for my woodworking projects
This burr file cuts through hardwood like butter. The titanium coating seems to keep it sharp longer than my old uncoated bits. Highly recommended for detailed carving.

Good for general purpose grinding
Does exactly what it says. It's not meant for hardened steel, but for wood and plastic, it is excellent. The shank fits perfectly in standard drills.

Smooth operation
No vibration issues when used in my rotary tool. The double cut pattern leaves a very smooth surface, reducing the need for extensive sanding afterward.

Great value for the price
Works well on soft metals and plastic. I used it to deburr some 3D printed parts and it did a fantastic job. Only giving 4 stars because the packaging was a bit flimsy.
Q: Can this be used on stainless steel?
A: This burr is designed for wood, soft metals, and plastics. It is not recommended for hard metals like stainless steel as it may dull quickly.
Q: How do I clean the bit if it gets clogged with wood resin?
A: You can clean resin buildup by soaking the bit in a specialized bit cleaner or using a brass brush while the tool is stationary. Avoid using water directly on the steel.
Q: Does the titanium coating wear off quickly?
A: The titanium nitride coating is highly durable and significantly extends the life of the tool compared to uncoated high-speed steel bits under normal usage conditions.
Q: What is the maximum RPM this bit can handle?
A: For optimal performance and safety, we recommend using this bit at speeds between 15,000 and 25,000 RPM, depending on the material being worked on.
Q: Is the shank size compatible with Dremel tools?
A: Yes, the 1/4 inch shank is compatible with most rotary tools that accept 1/4 inch accessories, including many models from Dremel and similar brands.
