Effective and satisfying to use
Seeing the dust cup fill up is strangely satisfying. It runs a bit loud, so I wouldn't use it while someone is sleeping, but the cleaning performance on upholstery is top-notch.

Strong suction, slightly heavy
The suction power is incredible and picks up so much debris from my mattress. My only complaint is that it gets a bit heavy to push around after using it for 10 minutes, but the results are worth the workout.

Amazing for allergy sufferers!
I have severe dust mite allergies and this device has been a game changer. The water tank fills up with dirty water after every use, which is gross but proves it works. The heating function feels great on the sheets too.

Works well but cord could be longer
It does exactly what it says regarding mite removal and sterilization. However, having to switch outlets in the middle of cleaning a king-size bed is annoying. Consider buying an extension cord if you have a large room.

A: We recommend rinsing the HEPA filter with water once a month and letting it air dry completely before reinserting. For heavy usage, checking it every two weeks is advisable.
Q: What is the warranty period for the CM2402 model?
