Good but bulky

They work well for heating, but they are a bit thicker than I expected. You can see the outline under tight-fitting shirts. Good for loose jackets though.

Consistent and reliable

Great heat, sticky adhesive

The warmth is fantastic and lasts all day at work. The only reason for 4 stars is that the adhesive can be a bit strong on thinner fabrics, so be careful where you stick them.

A: We do not recommend using these patches while sleeping, as you may not notice if the patch shifts or if your skin becomes too warm during unconscious hours.
