Life saver during period cramps

Better than electric heaters

Decent but adhesive could be better

The heat generation is excellent, but the adhesive on the patch sometimes loses grip if I move around too much. Using the included belt helps, but I wish the stickiness was stronger on its own.

Great value for money

You get 10 patches which is a good amount for the price. They heat up quickly within 15 minutes of opening. My only wish is that they lasted slightly longer than 8 hours, but overall very satisfied.

Perfect for winter back pain

I work at a desk all day and my lower back often gets stiff. These patches provide consistent warmth without being too hot. The mugwort scent is very relaxing and not overpowering. Highly recommend for office workers.

Good heat, strong smell

The heating element works great and lasts the whole work shift. Just be aware that the herbal smell is quite strong. If you are sensitive to scents, this might be intense, but I personally enjoy it.

Q: How do I dispose of the used patches?

A: Once the patch has cooled down completely, you can dispose of it in your regular household trash. Do not attempt to recycle the patch as it contains iron powder and other mixed materials.

Q: Do these contain latex?

A: No, our Waist Heating Patches and the accompanying belt are latex-free. They are made from non-woven fabric and elastic materials suitable for sensitive skin.

Q: Is the belt washable?

A: Yes, the elastic waist belt is reusable and washable. Please remove the heating patches before washing. We recommend hand washing the belt with mild soap and air drying it to maintain elasticity.

Q: Can I use this if I have a skin condition?

A: If you have sensitive skin or a pre-existing skin condition, please consult with a healthcare professional before use. We suggest testing the patch on a small area of clothing first to ensure no irritation occurs.

Q: Can I sleep with these patches on?

A: We do not recommend sleeping with the patches on. Since they generate heat for up to 8 hours, there is a risk of low-temperature burns if used while unconscious or immobile for extended periods like sleep.
