Good heat, stays in place
The adhesive is strong enough to stay on while I move around the house, but it doesn't hurt when I peel it off. The heat lasts about 5 hours for me. Would buy again.

Love the herbal smell
Unlike other heating pads that just smell like chemicals, these have a genuine earthy mugwort aroma. It feels like a mini spa treatment for my shoulders. Highly recommend for stress relief.

Solid product
Does exactly what it says. The heat is steady and the patch is comfortable. I use them mostly in the evening while watching TV. The only downside is I wish there were more patches in a box.

A bit too warm for sensitive skin
The heating effect is definitely strong. It worked well for pain relief, but I had to take it off after an hour because it felt a bit too hot for my sensitive skin. Maybe good for those who need intense heat.

Q: Does this leave residue on the skin?
A: Our hypoallergenic adhesive is designed to remove cleanly. However, if you have sensitive skin, we suggest gently peeling it off slowly. Any minor residue can be wiped away with a warm damp cloth.
Q: Can I reuse the patch after taking it off?
A: No, these patches are designed for single-use only. Once the heating reaction has started and the patch is removed, it cannot be reactivated effectively or safely.
Q: Can I sleep with this patch on?
A: We do not recommend sleeping with the patch on. Since the heating element activates upon exposure to air and maintains heat for several hours, there is a risk of overheating or skin irritation if left on unattended for too long.
Q: How do I activate the heating element?
A: Simply tear open the individual packet and remove the patch. Exposing the inner material to oxygen will start the heating process immediately. Apply it to clean, dry skin within a few minutes.
