Good heat, stays in place
The scarf design is much better than standard stick-on patches. It wraps around securely so I can move around the house while using it. Heat lasts about 5 hours for me.

Decent but takes time to warm up
It works well once it gets going, but you have to wait about 10-15 minutes after opening the package for it to reach full temperature. Otherwise, it's comfortable.
Q: Can I reuse the patch after it cools down?
A: No, these patches are designed for single-use only. Once the iron powder inside has reacted with oxygen and cooled down, it cannot be reactivated. Please dispose of the used patch in regular trash.
Q: Is the mugwort scent strong?
A: The scent is designed to be mild and soothing, typical of dried mugwort herbs. It is noticeable upon opening but tends to fade slightly as the patch heats up. It is generally not overwhelming for most users.
