Good heat, strong smell
The patch gets quite warm and stays that way for a long time. The mugwort smell is very strong, which I like, but my wife found it a bit overwhelming. Works well otherwise.

Life saver during cold snaps

Great value for money
Compared to other brands, these offer excellent heat duration. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on clothes but doesn't leave residue. Very satisfied.

A: While the patch provides warmth for 24 hours, we generally do not recommend sleeping with it unless you are certain you can monitor the temperature, as movement during sleep might cause uneven heating.
Q: What is the shelf life of these patches?
A: When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the patches have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date printed on the box.
Q: How do I activate the heating process?
A: Simply remove the patch from its individual sealed packet and peel off the release paper. Exposure to air will immediately start the self-heating reaction.
