Good value for money
For the price, you get a lot of patches. They work exactly as described. I use them when I have muscle stiffness from gardening, and the gentle heat really helps relax the area.

Consistent and reliable
I've tried many brands, but Kangaroo is the most consistent. The temperature stays steady for about 10 to 11 hours for me. No sudden spikes or drops in heat.

Lifesaver for winter commuting
I wait for the bus every morning in freezing temperatures. Putting one of these on my stomach keeps my whole core warm. It's amazing how much difference it makes. Highly recommend!

Great heat, slightly bulky
The heat generation is impressive and kicks in within minutes. My only minor complaint is that they are a bit thicker than other brands, so you can see them under tight shirts. Otherwise, excellent product.

No chemical smell
Some heating pads have a strong odor that gives me a headache. These are completely unscented and very comfortable to wear under clothes. Will definitely buy again.

Perfect for long office days
I sit at a desk all day and my lower back always gets cold in the winter. These patches provide consistent warmth without being too hot. They stick well to my thermal underwear and last my entire shift.
Q: How do I activate the heating element?
A: Simply remove the patch from its individual airtight packet and expose it to air. The heat will begin to generate within 5 to 10 minutes.
Q: What is the maximum temperature reached?
A: The average surface temperature typically ranges between 104°F and 113°F (40°C - 45°C), providing gentle, soothing warmth without burning.
Q: Can these be worn directly on the skin?
A: We recommend applying the patch to your clothing or an underlayer rather than directly on the skin to prevent potential irritation from prolonged heat exposure.
Q: Can I cut the patch to fit a smaller area?
A: No, please do not cut the patch. Doing so can disrupt the internal mixture, cause uneven heating, or potentially lead to leakage of contents.
Q: Are these safe to use while sleeping?
A: No, we do not recommend using these patches while sleeping. You should only use them when you are awake and able to monitor the temperature sensation.
