Good console, confusing menu
The hardware feels solid and the games run smoothly. However, navigating the menu to find specific games can be a bit tedious since they aren't sorted alphabetically. Once you find your game though, it's great.

Perfect nostalgia trip for my kids
Bought this for my son's birthday and he absolutely loves it. The ability to connect to the TV is a huge plus so we can play together on the big screen. The battery life is decent for the price point.

Great value, minor screen issues
For the price, you really can't beat the number of games included. The controls feel responsive. The screen brightness could be a bit better in direct sunlight, but indoors it works perfectly fine.

Love the dual player feature
Being able to plug in a second controller and play with my daughter on the TV brings back so many memories of my own childhood. Setup was incredibly easy, just plug and play.

Excellent gift for elementary students
I purchased several of these for a classroom reward system. They are durable enough to handle daily use by children and the game selection is appropriate and fun. Highly recommended!

Solid retro handheld
Does exactly what it says on the box. It's not high-definition gaming, but that's the charm. The build quality is surprisingly good for a budget device. Charges quickly via USB.

A: This specific Q21 model comes with pre-loaded games and does not currently support expanding the library via an SD card slot.
Q: Is the language of the menu English?
A: Yes, the default system language is English, making it easy to navigate the game list and settings.
