Beautiful instrument, case could be better

The Guzheng itself is a 5-star product with amazing clarity in the high notes. The included soft case is adequate for home storage but feels a bit thin for heavy travel. I ended up buying a hard case separately.

Great sound, minor cosmetic flaw

The acoustic quality of this Guzheng is outstanding. It projects beautifully in our living room. I deducted one star because there was a tiny scratch on the side panel upon arrival, but it doesn't affect the playability at all. Customer service was very responsive.
