Exceeded expectations

Butterfly magnet!

Perfect for my sunny patio

This is my third purchase from Heidi's Garden. This specific variety handles the afternoon sun beautifully without wilting. The flowers are delicate but numerous. It's so easy to care for; I just water it when the soil feels dry. A wonderful addition to my container garden.

Absolutely stunning blue blooms!

I received this plant in perfect condition. The packaging was secure, and the plant looked healthy immediately. Within two weeks, it started producing more buds. The blue color is vibrant and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to add color to their balcony.

Healthy start, slow blooming initially

The foliage is lush and green, indicating a very healthy root system. It took about a month to start blooming heavily, but now it is covered in flowers. Patience is key with this one. Make sure to give it plenty of light indoors if you aren't keeping it outside.

Great plant, needs a trellis

The Plumbago is very healthy and growing fast. Just be aware that it is a vine, so you will need to provide a trellis or support structure eventually. It loves the heat here in Texas. Took off one star only because the pot was slightly cracked on arrival, but the plant itself is fine.

A: During the active growing season (spring and summer), we recommend feeding your Plumbago with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 2-4 weeks. Reduce feeding in the fall and winter when the plant is dormant.

Q: Can this plant survive indoors year-round?

A: Yes, Plumbago can be grown indoors year-round provided it receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily, such as in a south-facing window. In winter, growth may slow down, which is normal.

Q: What size trellis do you recommend for this vine?

A: Since Plumbago can grow quite vigorously, we suggest starting with a trellis that is at least 3 to 4 feet tall. As the plant matures, you can prune it to maintain a desired shape or let it climb higher if space permits.
