Low maintenance winner
I don't have a green thumb, but this hydroponic system is foolproof. Just add water occasionally. The scent is subtle and fresh, not overpowering.

Beautiful and effective!
This plant is stunning in my living room. It arrived in perfect condition, and the hydroponic setup makes it so easy to care for. I've noticed fewer bugs around since I got it.

Great office addition
Looks very professional in our office lobby. The size is impressive. Only giving 4 stars because the glass pot had a tiny scratch, but the plant itself is healthy.

Nice natural decor
Very lush and green. It adds a great natural vibe to the home. I hope the insect-repelling claim holds up through the summer months.
Q: Does this plant require soil?
A: No, this Podocarpus is cultivated hydroponically. It grows in water with decorative stones and does not need any soil.
Q: Can this survive in a room with no windows?
A: This plant prefers bright indirect light. While it can tolerate lower light for short periods, a room with absolutely no natural light may cause the leaves to yellow over time. We suggest using a grow light if placed in a dark area.
Q: Is this plant safe for cats and dogs?
A: While Podocarpus is generally considered to have low toxicity, we recommend placing it out of reach of pets who might chew on the leaves to prevent any mild stomach upset.
Q: What is the actual height of the Extra Large size?
A: The Extra Large size typically measures between 120 cm and 140 cm (approx. 47 to 55 inches) from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant.
Q: How often do I need to change the water?
A: You typically only need to refill the water every 2 to 3 weeks when the level gets low. A full change is recommended once every few months.
