Excellent value
For the price, you cannot beat the quality. It heats up in seconds and the timer function is very accurate. I've used it daily for a month with no issues whatsoever.

Very effective
Works exactly as described. The silicone surface is soft against the skin and doesn't get too dry like some fabric pads. The cord is long enough to move around comfortably while using it.

Perfect for muscle relief

Great quality, slightly heavy
The build quality is excellent and the digital controls are intuitive. It gets quite hot which is great for deep tissue warming. My only minor complaint is that it is a bit heavier than expected, but that also means it stays in place well.
Q: Is the cover removable for washing?
A: The pad itself is made of a single piece of waterproof silicone, so there is no removable cover. You can simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap for cleaning.
Q: How long does it take to reach maximum temperature?
A: The carbon fiber heating element allows the pad to reach its maximum temperature of 65°C in approximately 30 to 45 seconds depending on the ambient room temperature.
Q: What is the voltage requirement for international use?
A: This model supports dual voltage from 110V to 240V, making it suitable for use in most countries worldwide. You may only need a plug adapter depending on your local outlet shape.
Q: Can this pad be used directly on bare skin?
A: Yes, the food-grade silicone surface is safe for direct contact with bare skin. However, we recommend starting at a lower temperature setting to ensure comfort.
Q: Does it automatically turn off?
A: Yes, the device features an automatic shut-off timer that can be set from 15 minutes up to 2 hours. It will also shut off immediately if an overheating sensor is triggered.
