Good heat, runs slightly small
The heating effect is excellent and lasts about 7 hours for me. However, the Size S is quite snug if you have wider feet. I would recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Otherwise, great product for circulation.

Perfect for cold winter nights

Very easy to use. Just open, stick, and wear. The heat is gentle and comfortable. I deducted one star because the packaging can be a bit tricky to tear open with cold hands, but the product itself works well.

Decent but adhesive could be better
The heat generation is consistent, but the adhesive strip sometimes loses its grip on my socks after a few hours of movement. It stays on mostly, but I have to adjust it occasionally. Good value for the price though.

A: We generally do not recommend using them while sleeping as you cannot monitor the temperature sensation. It is safer to use them while awake to ensure comfort and prevent potential overheating issues.

A: Size S is tailored for shoe sizes US 5-7, while Size L fits US 8-11. The heating element coverage is slightly larger in Size L to accommodate bigger foot surfaces.
