Great relief for stiffness
Using this while working from home has really helped with lower back stiffness. The gentle heat combined with the herbal ingredients feels very soothing without being overwhelming.

Nice aroma therapy effect
The rose and safflower scent is pleasant and not artificial. Heats up in about 2 minutes. I wish the auto-off timer was adjustable, but 45 minutes is usually enough for a break.

Surprisingly comfortable
The moxa wool filling makes it soft to sit on, not just a hard heating pad. The three temperature settings allow me to customize the warmth exactly how I like it.

Good heat, nice gift idea
Bought this as a 520 gift for my wife. She loves the warmth and the herbal aroma. The only reason for 4 stars is that the cord could be a bit longer for some desk setups.

Perfect for cold office days
I sit at a desk all day and my hips often get cold. This cushion warms up quickly and the scent of rose and safflower is very subtle and relaxing. It feels great during long work sessions.
Q: How long does it take to reach maximum temperature?
A: Typically, the cushion reaches its maximum temperature setting within 2 to 3 minutes of being turned on, depending on the ambient room temperature.
Q: Can I wash the entire cushion in the washing machine?
A: No, please do not machine wash the entire cushion as it contains electrical heating elements. You can remove the inner heating pad (if applicable per manual) or simply spot clean the outer cover with a damp cloth.
Q: Is this safe to use while sleeping?
A: While the cushion has an auto-off safety feature, it is primarily designed for seated use during waking hours. We do not recommend using it unattended or while sleeping.
Q: Does this come with a power adapter or just a USB cable?
A: The product includes a USB cable. It can be powered by any standard USB port, such as on a laptop, power bank, or a 5V/2A USB wall adapter (adapter not included).
Q: Is the herbal scent strong? I am sensitive to smells.
A: The scent of safflower and rose is designed to be mild and natural. It is not overpowering, but if you are extremely sensitive, we recommend airing it out for a few hours before first use.
