Good value for money
Does exactly what it says on the tin. The closing speed is adjustable which is a nice touch. It looks sleek and hidden under the door. Only minor issue is that it took a few days to fully settle after installation.

Perfect solution for my office glass door

Heavy duty and reliable

No damage to flooring!
Exactly what I needed. Since no grooving is required, my hardwood floors remain intact. The adhesive mount provided is surprisingly strong, though I added screws for extra peace of mind. Highly recommend for retrofitting.

Professional look without the professional cost
I hired a handyman to install it, and he said it was one of the easiest floor springs he's worked with. The no-drill feature saved us time and mess. The door closes softly and latches securely every time.

Great quality, instructions could be clearer
The build quality is excellent and feels very sturdy. The black finish matches our hardware perfectly. I deducted one star because the installation template was a bit faint, but once figured out, it works great.
Q: Does the 90-degree hold work if there is a strong wind coming through the hallway?
A: The positioning mechanism is designed to hold standard interior doors open at 90 degrees. While it handles normal drafts well, extremely strong winds may overcome the hold; in such cases, we recommend adjusting the closing force settings.
Q: Is this suitable for a double door setup?
A: This unit is designed for single door applications. For double doors, you would typically need to purchase two units, one for each leaf, or consult our specialized double-action coordinator models.
Q: Can I adjust the closing speed myself after installation?
A: Absolutely. There are adjustment valves located on the top of the unit that allow you to fine-tune the closing and latching speeds using a simple screwdriver, no removal required.
Q: Can this be installed on a tile floor without cracking the tiles?
A: Yes, the no-groove design allows for surface mounting using high-strength adhesive or screws into the grout lines, avoiding the need to cut into the tile itself.
