Perfect for heavy glass doors
Installed this on a 10mm tempered glass door in our office lobby. The closing action is smooth and consistent. Very happy with the build quality.
Q: Can this be installed on a concrete floor?
A: Absolutely. The H-220B is designed to be recessed into concrete, wood, or marble floors. You will need to core drill the hole according to the dimensions in the manual.
Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?
A: There are adjustment valves on the side of the unit. Use a small flathead screwdriver to turn them clockwise to slow down or counter-clockwise to speed up the closing action.
Q: Does it come with all necessary screws and tools?
A: The package includes the floor spring unit, mounting screws, and an installation template. Specialized drilling tools are not included.
Q: Is this suitable for a double door setup?
A: Yes, you can use two units for a double door setup, one for each leaf. Ensure each door leaf is within the weight limit of 80kg.
