Exceeded expectations

Silent operation

Perfect for heavy glass doors

Great quality, tricky alignment
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. The only reason for 4 stars is that aligning the pivot point took some patience. Once set, it operates smoothly on our wooden door.

Reliable dual positioning
We needed a spring that could hold the door open at 90 degrees for moving equipment and close automatically otherwise. This H-220B model handles both positions perfectly without slipping.
Q: Can this be installed on a door that is 120kg?
A: This model is rated for doors up to 100kg. For a 120kg door, we recommend checking our heavy-duty series to ensure safety and longevity.
Q: Can I adjust the closing speed myself after installation?
A: Absolutely. There are adjustment valves on the top plate that allow you to regulate the sweeping speed and the latching speed using a standard screwdriver.
Q: Is a concrete pit required for installation?
A: Yes, since this is a concealed floor spring, a recessed pit in the floor is required to house the main body of the unit. A template is included in the box for cutting.
Q: Does the dual-positioning work on angles other than 90 and 180 degrees?
A: No, the H-220B is specifically engineered to hold positions at 90 degrees and fully open at 180 degrees. It does not hold at intermediate angles.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor use in rainy conditions?
A: While the materials are rust-resistant, this unit is designed for indoor use or covered entryways. Direct exposure to standing water or harsh weather is not recommended.
